Avaya IPO B179 Conference Problem

Hi ...

I have Configured Avaya IPO B179 Conference Phone, the Phone is regestered but the problem is that when I call to the Phone, there is a busy tone, and when I want to ring from the phone the display on the phone appear service unavailable.
on the system status the extention is appear with no user.
I add the user on the manager, I have a vaild IP License, the phone is regestered and from the phone i can see all the contacts on the IPO.

So whats the problem and how i can solve it ?

Not sure how you possibly ended here....you might want to ask this question in an Avaya IP Office forum since this is a Nortel BCM forum.
