Avaya IPO 500 v2 and 1608 setup 1

Hi guys! I'm newbie so sorry if that's stupid.

I have IPO 500 v2 setuped and 1608 phones, phones have extensions and user setings and can call eachother throught external numbers. But how should i make them call outside and recieve incoming calls? Can you please make step-by-step tutorial: how should i connect telephone cable to IPO (now i have AudioCodes MP-204 and 3 phones (not avaya) connected to ip, should i connect IPO after that stuf or instead?), what should i setup in manager like some lines or what? Sorry again if it's stupid question and everyone knows that but i couldn't find it. Thanks for answer.
