Hi,

Can anyone explain how to set-up a Single Huntgroup voice mail box that is enabled for All users in the Day for missed calls and ON at night after 9pm that will not use the AA after 9pm?

Plus I currently I have a VM for day along with the usual AA but cannot change the message greeting of the Day voicemail, the AA is fine.

Thanks

I am good with cryptograms but this is too difficult for me.
Sorry.

Make 2 AA's. One AA for Day, and another AA for Night.

The day one is delayed, by sending calls to the MAIN hunt group with your phones in it, and then overflowing to a sequential group with a single user that is forwarded including hunt group calls to a short code that invokes the Day AA.

Make a Time Profile for the OPEN hours, such as M-F from 8am to 5pm. OR, make a Time Profile for the CLOSED hours, such as M-F from 12:00am to 7:59am, M-F 5:01om to 11:59pm, and Sat/Sun 12:00am to 11:59pm

For your incoming call route, either:

Default Value = Night AA, and Time Profile: OPEN = MAIN hunt group
-or-
Default Value - MAIN hunt group, and Time Profile: CLOSED = Night AA
