Hey all! quick question, I have a customer who wants to use some cell phones as mobile wireless sip phones, it looks like these days "AVAYA Workplace" seems to be the app to use for this. The system is currently running V11

Just wondering what licenses are needed? Power-user? 3rd party endpoint?

Thanks in advance :)

Power User and make sure you have prefered otherwise they will be dormant

It could not be enough, 'cause iOS phones make the app in sleeping mode after a while, it means that the Apple Push Notification Service (APN) has to be synchronized with the IPO via the Avaya Cloud "SPACES". No other licenses are needed but time to program them all

If you want to use the Mobile Workplace client, you need Power User
