Avaya IP Trunks

Hello,

Anyone using Avaya digital telephones and routing traffic over IP trunks? My environment is 100% TDM or digital phone sets. I am looking to use IP trunks between my locations and need help setting this up. I already have the signal group, trunk group, routing pattern built but get denied when trying to place a call. Signal group and trunks are in-service idle on both ends.

(It would be useful to know what switch you are using IP office, G3/ definity/ CCM or maybe even index)
