Hi Everyone,

I have a customer who is running on IP500V2 Rel 8. Ihe main control unit i have 2 x Combo Card, 2 x Analog exension card with BRI and PRI as daugther cards.

1 x16port trunk module
2 x 24port POTS module

I wanted to install 18 IP Phones from this setup. Apart from the IP Endpoints license and IP Phones, is there anything else i need?

Thank you all in advance

Knowledge, patience, PoE, Vlan, coffee or tea, patch cords, manager app, maybe more.....

no you are good to go, all you need is IP endpoint licenses (you have) the phones (you also have) and VCM channels (20 channels for 18 phones is plenty
a good network is helpful but that is self explanatory for IP sets

And use VLANs preferrably, set LAN1 to the data network and LAN2 to the voice network. Use the best codec possible, by default IP Office will use G.729 but set it fixed to G.711.
