Is there a way to get the LLDP neighbor information from the ip phone on to the switch? I am able to see all the LLDP information about the phones no problem on the switch but I cannot tell what the connected device(s) are to the phone. Is there a setting on the phone or a DHCP setting or additional LLDP setting that I need to set to get this information?

you want to see the LLPD information of a device that is connected to the phone’s PC port?

I bet this will not be possible. The port is meant to connect a PC but not other device types like printers or access points.

Nevertheless… did you connect a LLDP device to the phone and listed the LLDP neighbors from the switch?

Correct I have tried listing the neighbors but I am not returning anything. Why wouldn't this be possible? The phone should really be relay the LLDP packets.
