Avaya IP Phone 9620 H323 Firmware 1

I am trying to find the latest firmware update for IP Phone H.323 9620 (no suffix). We have release 11.1 and I was thinking if we can upgrade the phones to whatever last update they have. Right now, they are on 3.1.5 and I believe the last update for 9620 is 3.2.2. Correct me if I am wrong, and can anyone guide me from where can I download it? I have tried searching the Avaya Support website and I have tried to chat with their agent, but even they are saying it's not available. Maybe if there's any archive for older firmware or if someone has it and they can share?
