Dear Team,

i have multiple ip500 install with same LAN Network, System A with PRI Line and System B using this PRI Line

when i called outside from System B it was going with pilot number other than DID Number

system A Extensions used proper DID but System B Extensions use Pilot number

please suggest some settings changes.

system B Configuration for ARS

53 : ISD - Code - N Telephone Number - N Feature - Dial Line Group ID 1 (1 Is System A Group ID of IP Line)

User rights short code

Code - N Telephone Number - N Feature - Dial Line Group ID 53 ( it goes from ISD ARS)


sir please suggest for modification

is there any short-code for forcefully goes DID Number?

i have configured the H.323 line and connected using line group ID,

incomming call is lands properlly with system B Extensions but outcall having Problem

how do i forced to go outcall using proper DID Number

On system A create a short code N/Dial/N or 9N/Dial/N pointing to ARS. And in ARS N/Dial/NSiXXXXXXE pointing at the PRI line.

Need some help with IP Office? IP Office SIP trunk configuration: CLI based cale blocking: SCN fallback over PSTN:

and what should number in the Place of X&E (N/Dial/NSiXXXXXXE )

My PRI Number IS 02317132 XXX

Dear Sir,

i tryed to modify settings but not affected

From System B outgoing call matched the short-code which is configured in H.323 Line Short Code (?, Dial, User)

I have tryed to edite line shortcode NSi02317132E or NS02317132E. and NSi02317132XXX

but not affected please suggest

It's almost impossible to tell what's wrong without having a look into the system. Your descriptions are not really accurate.
