Good morning all,

I have the following issue, my IP Office has SIP trunks and I have SIP Phones Lynksys, I have my embedded voicemail and automated attendant, but when I dial to the AA, it answers and asks for the extension, but when I dial the extension it says that doesn't recognize the extension and sends the call to the fallback extension given on the Incoming Route, it happens every 3 out of 5 times. It seems like it doesn't recognize the DTMF tones.

Someone have had a similar issue????
