I am looking at an Avaya IP400 Phone module and it has an amber light on it. Usually the light is green, can anyone tell me what this means? We have already replaced several of these units in this system, but they have always had a red light on them. Thanks for any help.
 
usually a red light means its not working. you can try to connect via dte port, or contact who sold the system and see if they can do it.
 
Is there any problems with module or it just has amber light?

Unplug all units, power up the modules then the main unit.

The amber light is on but the module seems to be working just fine. Any ideas?
