Avaya IP Office vs. Intertel?

A client of mine has asked me to help them select a new phone system. As a compter network consultant I find I don't have the depth of product knowledge to assess the differences and possible pit falls of the Avaya IP Office vs. an Intertel product. The Intertel product is about $3700 more, is it worth it?

I would appreciate real world feedback. Thanks in advance for your input.

Personally I say go with the AVAYA

Intertel is a POS in my opinion, the whole company is, their equiptment is made very cheaply, their phones are cheap, everything is cheap about them..

The IP Office definately isn't a definity by any means, but its hardware is pretty good, support is decent, and the phones are ones from definity, so they're very well made..
