I have a new user that I setup with a new extension, he got a brand new voicemail box, however the access code we use by default didn't seem to be working so I tried changing it in Manager. When trying to access the mailbox it just repeatedly asks for the access code. All attempts to change it have failed, am I missing something? I read somewhere else that I may have to wipe out the entire mailbox (delete the folder under Accounts) and then restart the VM Pro service. Is this normal?
