Avaya ip office vm intuity mode

The vm keeps going done and when i reboot it it starts working again. Ay ideas ?
Been managing this for a couple of months . Not really something I know but not too complicated . Also need to know the process in adding phones. Right now all the phones are digital . Can i add ip phones ? how about cordless ones?
We also have alot of analog phones ( medical center -patient rooms). How do i add more Do i need an open port or pair?

You really need some training as these are basic questions, also your voicemail is it embedded, windows sever or application server?

No idea. I believe its embedded .
How do I get basic training or hire someone even to remote in and look at it.
