Avaya IP Office User Portal Issue

We have Avaya IP Office 11.1.2.4 with Voicemail Pro on UC module. For some of our users we would like to implement
User Portal application. Everything seems to be working fine, except when we try to play voicemail messages we are getting
warning "Failed to fetch message. Please try again later".
What are we missing?

I tried using 11.1.2.4 on my Server Edition and it works, no issue. Chrome, Firefox.
Tested with IP500v2 with UCM 11.1.2.4 no issues.

Firewall, or virus software causing an issue?
