Avaya IP Office standard practice

Hi All,

We have just had the Avaya IP Office system installed with the CCC. We have a small "call centre" environment with 8 agents.

I was wondering how other companies have their IP Office and CCC set up?

I'd safely say nearly every one that uses this site has a ccc site or 2 or 3....
 
In a world like todays, I think it is hard to say I ever use a standard practise. I treat every company different, and sit down with them that matter and ensure they get what they want. You see where I am coming from?

However I do try to create standard practise shortcodes for things like AA menu recordings, universal logins, conf meet me shortcodes and other things where possible.

I reckon adding the personal spice to each install sets you aside from the rest.
