This site is unofficial and build by somebody else so it is a private site.
I must admit it is a good site and nicely ordered but i would not use it has the main site for the software.
Use the support site of Avaya.

To his defence (Ipofficeinfo.com) R8.0+ downloads are linked to aupport.avaya.com (though the links are broken), so you get the real deal.
Still, creating an account with Avaya is fairly easy, and is the very first thing a tech should do.
Beyond R7.0 you need to obtain PLDS access as well, also giving you a better download speed.
