Avaya IP Office SIP trunk doesn't process inbound calls with hidden CLID

I just noticed that all IP Office customers connected with SIP trunks cannot receive calls when the caller hides the caller ID.
I see coming in the monitor trace but IP Office does not respond to messages.
Does anyone know which of the parameters in the SIP trunk might be causing this behavior?
 
Are you sure you don't have an incoming call route setup for withheld/anonymous? If so you just need to remove that ICR or route it how you want it routed.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
