AVAYA IP Office simple question Ping from different subnet

Hi Guys,

I have an installed

IPO 500v2 9.1.5. IP 172.25.152.50
90 IP PHONES ALL IN SAME SUBNET
IPOCCSERVER 9.1.2. IP 172.25.152.48
VMPRO 9.1.5. IP 172.25.152.47

I need to install 40 additional phones in subnet 172.25.101.xx they all say they cannot contact call server. I tried to ping from that ip range to IPO NO RESPONSE But I can ping all the the other servers in ip range 172.25.152.

Any suggestions would really appreciate.

All the other servers have a default gateway, you haven't told the IP Office that information, you need to add an IP route into the system to give it that information

You probably don't have an IP route setup in IPO.

Must be 172.25.101.0/255.255.255.0/<DefGWAddress>/<IpoLanInterface of 172.25.152.0 subnet >
