Hi Guys,

I have an installed

IPO 500v2 9.1.5. IP 172.25.152.50
90 IP PHONES ALL IN SAME SUBNET
IPOCCSERVER 9.1.2. IP 172.25.152.48
VMPRO 9.1.5. IP 172.25.152.47

I need to install 40 additional phones in subnet 172.25.101.xx they all say they cannot contact call server. I tried to ping from that ip range to IPO NO RESPONSE But I can ping all the the other servers in ip range 172.25.152.

Any suggestions would really appreciate.

All the other servers have a default gateway, you haven't told the IP Office that information, you need to add an IP route into the system to give it that information :)

You probably don't have an IP route setup in IPO.

Must be 172.25.101.0/255.255.255.0/<DefGWAddress>/<IpoLanInterface of 172.25.152.0 subnet >
