Hi All, I got a problem.
This is a new install.
I deploy a Serve Edition solution.
Virtual Server Edition with a IPO 500V2 for the PRI cards.
I was able to setup the server and the 500V2, load the licenses and start configuring the users, extensions, I setup my IP Telephone and I was able to make calls, etc.
My co-worker was helping me with the users, next day I saw my telephone with an error message (system unlicensed).
I troubleshoot the system and I found the System is in SELECT EDITION MODE now. licenses is obsolete now.
HOW CAN I REVERT BACK TO SERVER EDITION INSTEAD TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING AGAIN???????

Open a backup copy of the config before it was switched to select mode, send it to the system, then reboot. Its worth a shot.

new install but you are using seriously out of date software

we are now upto V9.1.5 I sugets yu get the latest maintanence release & re-install
