Avaya IP office SE 9.1 remote branch 1608 ip phones going into discovery mode frequently

Hi Guys

WOuld appreciate your help with the below described issue being faced in my IP office SE Rls 9.1, Briefly this is the site setup the customers HQ location hosts the IPO SE and have all 1608-i and 9608 phones working normaly with no issues. The customer has an remote branch connected through an microwave link involving cyberoam firewall at the both HQ and remote branch.
The issue is that the 1608-i phones connected in the remote branch often go into discover mode and get stuck there , an hard reboot of the phone will bring it up and this continues for all the phones.
The HQ IPO SE is in 10.0.8.0 subnet and the remote branch phones are in 11.0.0.0 subnet.Any guide on how the network involving the cyberoam firewall to be set would be appreciated.
