Avaya IP Office- SD card 100%

Hi All,

I am working on an IP office V2,
it some how ended up recording a message in the night service mail box for 36 days,
in turn caused the SD card to fill up to 100 % with some help from the re seller managed to clear all the voice mails using the DTE port on the back of the Chassis (ivm-msg-del-all), however in system status it still records the SD card at 100%.

the other issue is why didn't the 120 Second Maximum voice Length timer stop the recording ?

any help you guys have would be awesome
