AVAYA IP OFFICE RLEASE 6 FAIL TO LOG IN.......

I meet the challange when I trie to log in in Avaya ip office release 6 fail to log in it says

when Im using the software for release 6 it written [highlight "network error fails to communicate with ip office"
I set up the correct the network of ip office with my pc and trie to ping the results it okay but finly it shows "Network error fails to communicate with ip office"

not only that but also Im trie to use the software of relese 9 and written "Fails to log in access is denied"



 
You should be able to use R9 manager but it sounds like you have the wrong credentials.

I tried also in release 9 but still it written "Access denied fails to log in"" and the same credentials Am using but still having that problem....?

trie also to restart the system but no respond upon......?


CONDITIONAL
1..The system is not connected on the network...
2..it has two expansion module all of them for digital phone....

SUGESTION
What if, I will trie to connect on the network switch and trie to log in....cause now iam log in via the system.......
