I recently replaced an old Nortel system with IP Office and J179 SIP phones and analog trunks due to unreliable cable Internet and there are between 1-5 outbound wrong numbers daily, but redial shows the correct number and sysmonitor logs the correct number was dialed. One user says it seems the last digit is repeated 2x. I moved all the trunks to a separate card and ran automatic balance impedance match. Still getting wrong numbers from different phones and on different trunks. This evening I installed an older 9608 H.323 phone hoping maybe it makes a difference but everything worked fine on the old Nortel system and I can't think of anything else to do. I have dialed at least 100 numbers and none were wrong. This is my 6th install with analog trunks, never had an issue. I would appreciate any suggestions.
