avaya ip Office phone manager

Hi there i am getting an error on a clients desktop,
Phone manager
"invalid floating point value error

I have looked at this help on tech-tips forum

but it did not work i am assuming it is because the thread is for xp and i am running windows 7.
I thought i would try to uninstall it from the computer then re install, but i can not see ip Office in the programs and features so i am unable to uninstall it. Dose any one know if there is a separate uninstaller in windows 7 or do i have to edit the registry and delete it form the program files then hope for the best.

Might get more help in an office phone forum, this is for people with questions on smart phones, as in high end cell phones. (Android,Ios,Mayngo,Blackberry,Palm)
