Hi Guys

I have MS CRM v4 and IPO500 running v6. I am trying to find some software to pop CRM using outlook or IE

I have tried searching but cant seem to find anything

Try Identapop.

It will allow you to choose which Contacts folder you want to pop in Outlook.

the incomming number needs to be xxxxxxxxx instead of (xxx) xx-xxxxxx so no () or - or spaces.

ps, you need a licence in the AVAYA but not sure if V4 is still supported.
