Avaya IP Office message notification

I am installing an IP Office that will have 23 hunt groups with only 3 people total for all the groups. Today they have a Magix and use outcalling to separate beepers to let them know they have a message in one of the hunt groups. Is there anything I can do better on the IP Office? With Visual VM and 5410's there's not enough room on the screen to list all 23 to show them which hunt group has a message. I don't think there's anything I can do with VM Pro either? Help!!

Use E-Mail Notification with wav attachments. The header will have the Caller ID number and target hunt group. This will work with VM Lite or VM Pro, but not Embedded.

Or Phone Manager Messages tab will show # of messages in each group, but I do not know the upper limit for number of groups to track.
