Avaya IP Office Lync plug in

Anyone have any experience of this?

My issue is that we are using Avaya communicator for Lync (ip office version) and need to have multiple dial plans as when we click to call another site the add-in dials the full number not the extension so the person on the other end see unknown on their phone, but if we dial a number on the same site with the simple dial plan completed this works correctly.

Add short codes like 1234567xxxx/Dial Extn/N

Short code? on the system or within the dial plan tab of the lync plug in? Cheers for the response by the way.

In IPO. That way you strip e unnecessary digits and dial the number internal and not on PSTN trunk. IPO will find users on other systems as well.
