Hi,

Please could someone recommend a dialler which works well with ISDN and the IP Office. We have used an dialler from an American company in the past which was abit clunky and did not work aswel as we hoped.

The customer simply needs to upload an excel spreadsheet to their software and then the dialler just needs to automatically call the numbers. They only need this for 4 users.

We looked at Rostrvm but they wanted to sell a hosted product and had a minimum of 10 users.

Many thanks in advance,

Low cost Avaya supplier.

You could do it with IPOCC.

Avaya also has Outbound Contact Express for IPO but don't think it's available for my region so don't know much about it.

Diallers are much like call recorders, for anything decent you need to dig deep :)

IPOCC is cheap considering what you get, you can choose between 7 different dialer mechanics.

ACCS is not for them but don't think you get a dialer much cheaper than IPOCC considering it's about $6500 (add cost for IPOSS here) list price for 4 agents.

I could build one for you but I would like to have at least that and it wouldn't be as good =)

Tapi should be able to do this if the Auto-dialer software supports it
(you may or may not need the erd party Tapi licence depending on software)
Spend more on the software & avoid the hardware expense

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
