Good Day to all, would you know requirements i might need for my IP OFFICE to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
Thanks in advance!

The next question is what level of intergration are you trying to achieve?

daddy? are you doing blah blah blah things again?

You would need a bit of middleware. Avaya dropped their's many years ago and many versions of MS-CRM ago. There has just been an application note for "Imperium CRM Connect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud with Avaya IP Office R10.1 using Avaya IP Office TAPI Service Provider" if you visit the Avaya DevConnect site.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

We use this with first party TAPI

Works well

“Some humans would do anything to see if it was possible to do it. If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.”

Also consider Cytrack, UC Plus, and Oak.
