Referencing the thread from 2022 above.
This seems to be the same issue and I've seen it 3x now since that date with the newest 11.1 release.
Customer have VMs they delete them, the VM light goes off. Then later the VM light comes back on and it's the same message and it cannot be deleted.
The only way is to call in and leave a new message and then the new message appears. But it's super random and doesn't always happen.
Also, sometimes the light stays on and there are no messages at all.
We've done all these things mentioned in this thread above from 2022, but still have issues.
Now that it's 2 years later after this thread, I would imagine more business partners have come across this if it's an issue?
Has this come up for anyone else since then?
Can anyone help or suggest a fix?
