We have a vendor that's attempting to program a telephony integration with their .NET application which needs to be able to accomplish the following:
[ul]
[li]The ability to send Dial Commands[/li]
[li]Monitor all call activity, IE: when a call is received, they want to be able to see all the details of the call including what extension is receiving the call, the DNIS, ANI, and the Phone System CallerID[/li]
[li]Ability to Transfer an existing call to a specific extension[/li]
[li]And the ability to send DTMF tones over an existing phone call.[/li]
[/ul]

We've already came to the conclusion that the One-X API will not work for what they need to do (so they claim), so I suggested the Devlink3 API right off of the devconnect website. I was told that the documentation wasn't clear enough on what to do. Is there any other documentation available for the Devlink3 API, or is it just what's on the devconnect site?

Our IP Office is R11.

Thanks in advance!

There's DevLink, TAPI or CTI Web Services which all have information about them on DevConnect.

Although shouldn't the programmers be finding this information if they've said they can do it? =)
