Hi Guys
Wondering if anyone has set something like this up before,
We are using the Avaya Containerized system through Westcon with the Call2Teams service to allow our customer to use Teams as 3rd Party SIP Phones.
System has registered the extensions which are via TCP and they can make and receive calls, however we are getting 100% packet loss on the Teams calls which is leading to no speech either way.
I have a 3rd Party SIP Phone setup on my laptop using MicroSIP and it is working perfectly so issue is purely with Teams communicating with the Containerized.
As it is containerized we have very restricted access to the system, just BusinessPartner level,
Any guidance would be appreciated
Thanks
