Hi All,

How do i change the default 1st and 2nd announcement and upload new announcement. Please assist and guide

Do you have Voicemail Pro?

If so under your Specific Start Points -> Groups you will need to add a Queued and Still Queued entry point:


Then within the entry point add a Generic action:


In that generic action you then want to add the announcements that you desire:


Then File and "Save & Make Live" and you're done.

Go back to this menu in Manager. Press F1 and read.

Hi Shaun,

Yes correct, i followed this steps






but however when uploaded the .wav file showing zero. The announcement file format is PCM 16bit Mono. When performed the test call, it was silent.

I got it working. It was due to announcement conversion method was wrong.

I encounter another issue. Using the incoming via CO trunk the announcement flow is working

However the incoming call from ISDN trunk the announcement flow is not working, hearing engaged tone when grphunt EXT are busy.

Both CO trunk and ISDN incoming route destination pointing to same grphunt number... is there any setting i missed out.
