Having an issue here with an Avaya IP Office PBX that is running through an Adtran TA904e as a SIP/PRI gateway.
Essentially, caller ID is working normally for inbound and outbound calls, but when twinning the caller ID name is either that of the user who has twinned their extension or of the company itself as dictated in the outbound dialing shortcode.
The "Send original calling party information for Mobile Twinning" box is checked under the System tab, and I believe it is working because the caller ID number and location is being passed through correctly, it's just the name being displayed is not.
Any potential insights into this issue?
