Hi all,
I have an issue trying to do call forwards to external numbers on an IP Office V10
the system has plenty SIP channels however we are unable to dial out, I have checked the usual (Inhibit box, shortcodes etc)
However users get busy when I try and forward from an extension , however if I put an external number in the ICR table it works straight away, I never installed system however I am trying to clear a lot of issues from the previous installer
