IP Office 8.0 (standard config)/VM Pro environment...would like incoming calls to ring a hunt group (collective) then, if not answered in say 4 rings, go to VM Pro AA. How do you get from HG to AA? What is the mechanism?
 
Turn on voicemail for the group and create a menu in the leave mail action for that group.

you would use the IPO manager software. it came with the system on a CD which should have been give to you by the BP. if not you will need to download the software. search on google for IP office manager.
 
Ok, if you turn on voicemail for the hunt group then calls will go to the group mailbox, but not the AA Greeting. Got that figured out. Also can get AA to pick up immediately by setting the incoming route destination to VM:AA. What I'm trying to do is a common config, ring a phone (or group of phones), for 3-4 rings then go to the AA in VM Pro, play the greeting and offer selections.
 
you would do exactly what tlpeter said.

with voicemail pro, create a leave mail action with the menu options you want for that group. it's really simple stuff if you've done the courses.
