I need some feedback on experiences with running multiple Avaya applications like (Voicemail Pro, CCC, ContactStore)together on the same Windows 2003 Servers. I know that the standard Avaya answer is to run one app per server, but just looking for some good feedback here.

CCC and VM Pro are ok on one server upto about 15 agents/8 VM ports.

I have installed a couple on 2000 servers with about 10 agents and 4 VM Ports without any probs

Jaime77,

Thanks for the feedback. Have you had any experience running ContactStore with other non-Avaya apps?

As usual it should work without a problem but if you have problems Avaya will blame the other apps and you'll have to install it on it's own machine before getting support.

Not really. Funny things can occur.

I have one ongoing issue with a VM Pro running on a 2003 Server that has issues with User Variables failing. We put it onto our XP machine and hasn't been a problem since. This server is only a file and print server but something is causing problem but don't know what.

Expect the unexpected!!!!

Have numerous sites running all on one server/pc.
Small, few agents.....Id always run ccc on a separate machine if running anything more than vm pro
