I have an Avaya IP Office Applications server running with an Avaya IPO 500 V2.

When I use default settings on the server and change the default IP Address IP Address on the IP Office to a X.X.X.2 instead of .1 everything can works. VoiceMail Pro functions fine and one X portal works fine.

I now try and change the default address on the server to say 192.168.10.18 and change the IP Office to 192.168.10.19 the IP Office works fine but I cannot get one X portal to connect.

I change back to the previous settings and everything works again.

What am I missing?

You first need to change the IP address on the server and reboot it. Then change the IPO.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

That is the process I followed and it didn't come up.

Is there anything with the OneX Portal configuration that needs to be changed?

How did you change the IP address of the Application Server?
Is VM Pro working with the new IP?
What isn't working with One-X, it doesn't connect to IPO or you can't access the wen interface?

Go into the one-X Portal admin menus and check that the providers have changed to the new address of the IP Office system.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
