AVAYA IP OFFICE AND PHONE MANAGER SPEED DIALS

i have removed old users from our avaya ip office manager and it has caused issues for people who had those numbers in their speed dials on the phone manager system

anyone know how to delete them off ? we are getting an invalid user message.

i cannot re-instate the numebrs as they have been reallocated!

users "TheProvider"

These need changing to the new username.

just right click on the user and delete it
