I think most of us have not used the 1140's a lot or even at all.
Reason is that they suck on IP Office, they are great on BCM but as SIP phones they are just a paperweight with basic phone capabilities and I for one have talked every customer out of using them even risking a deal over it as I don't want an unhappy customer complaining after the install that the phones don't work properly.

I found an Avaya vendor who taught me how to use the Nortel 1120E and 1140E quite effectively, almost to the point of a Unistim phone. It's the guys at Alpha Telecom in Toronto. If you really need some help on trying to get these to work, I'd give them a call. They are an authorized Avaya IP Office vendor.
