Avaya IP Office and COS Password

Hi All ...

Like a COS Password on BCM , Is there a thing same to configure in IP Office to bypass restricted call rather than account code, and how i can configure it .

You can use Auth codes (similar to account codes), or just create a shortcode(s) which is just a prefix to allow bypass of restricted calls

Say for example all users are barred from dialling 0800, so a system shortcode would be doing the barring, as below:

SC - 0800N
Feature - Barred
Tel number - .

If I add this code to a user/the system:

SC - 12340800N
Feature - Dial
Tel number - 0800N

That will allow the call through only if they dial 1234 first
