Hi All,

How Can Configure Call Waiting On Avaya IP Office, because when I check the box in the User Settings and Call Someone on Call cannt hear a busy tone to indicate that this person is busy .

You ned to drop down to 2 appearence keys and reserve the last key, then it will give busy or go to VM if on :)

Thank you , you mean that keep on call appearence and if the busy and VM ISon the call goes to VM.

No, you need 2 call appearence keys, then go to User > Telephony > Multi-Line Options > Tick "Reserve Last CA". You can go to 1 appearence key if you really want but then you couldn't transfer.

Yes if VM is on it will go there, if it's off it will give busy tone :)

Thank you for your Support , its working now ...
another issue when I call some one who is busy the call is transferred directly to Avaya VM pro , note that am not configure in VM Pro any transfer to MailBox and on each user its switch off .
so whats happen ?
