How Can Configure Call Waiting On Avaya IP Office, because when I check the box in the User Settings and Call Someone on Call cannt hear a busy tone to indicate that this person is busy .
No, you need 2 call appearence keys, then go to User > Telephony > Multi-Line Options > Tick "Reserve Last CA". You can go to 1 appearence key if you really want but then you couldn't transfer.
Yes if VM is on it will go there, if it's off it will give busy tone

another issue when I call some one who is busy the call is transferred directly to Avaya VM pro , note that am not configure in VM Pro any transfer to MailBox and on each user its switch off .
