Hi
Avaya IP Office it got reset and lost the license file please help.
SD Card Serial 1370416469

Yeah, that's a tough lesson to learn...

Without access to PLDS you're kind of screwed...

IP Office 400, 500v1, 500v2? Release? ADI or PLDS licences?

The config file is saved in the primary and backup folders on the SD card but I'm sure these are replace when you do a reset.

Indeed, "it got reset" isn't really telling us anything about what happened, what type of IP Office, level of software.

The license file may still be on the card but needs reimporting into the configuration.

First step is copy everything on the SD card to a safe place, then copy everything in the Manager program folder to a safe place.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

if you "reset" the chassis you WILL lose the license file if it is PLDS
if it was an older release 9.1 or older then you hopefully have an old config with the ADI license string
