Avaya ip office 9611G programing

I am having a problem with a IP office 500 RL9.5 setup.
we are using 9611g tel sets.
The customer moved some sets around.
when I get there 2 out of 3 were synced up when I try to assign ext 221 to one it steals
ext 217 id and leaves 217 unproprable....I tried different programing ideas to no avail.
Please help!!

Go into the Craft menu on each telephone, and select Logout. Then log them back in with the base extension numbers that they should have.

I found my problem in the user and extension tables in system manager
(duplications on one) my bad sorry!
