Avaya IP office 500v2 rebooting

There was an IPO 500v2 on firmware version 8. We changed it to exactly the same 500v2, but on version 11.1.3.0.0. After this, the station began to reboot periodically (anywhere from every 10 minutes to every hour). This mainly happens in the morning, when employees come to work and turn on their phones. The event log shows the reason for terminating the session: <TLB Data Load Error> addr=00ffffec etc. the user configuration was exported from the old 500v2.
 
Check the error list in Manager
Duplicate names
Duplicate extension numbers on ports
empty extension numbers
incoming call routes without target

The problem is that Avaya support will not decipher the error message and make you jump through hoops to troubleshoot. So might as well do it with us.

Run Monitor (start with the default settings for now) and set it to roll over every hour
Then you can see the reboots when it loses connection and look what happens just before that. You can compare what happens every time before the reboots and maybe it is the same thing every time.

I had a similar issue when 2 users with 250+ messages tried to get their messages in embedded voicemail. Talking to them they said that they noticed that but kept trying and not telling their admin person.
So that might also be something to look at if you have an embedded voicemail and not VmPro. IF so then delete the messages via the serial port, either selectively for those users or all messages.
