RE: AVAYA IP OFFICE 500v2
was upgraded from Nortel BCM 50 to AVAYA IP Office 500v2 but the Nortel IP Phone 1140e & 1120e couldn't communicate with IP Office
I can see the PHONE Model 1140e SIP & 1120e SIP from IP Office Device Type. the problem is, can not receive and dialing out calls.
*. from the system status: Current User Extension Number: Blank, Current User Name: NoUser.
*. This phone upgraded from 0624XXX to 0624C8Y.bin(someone asking to change this one) & SIP1120e04.04.18.00.bin(someone asking this one), i am not sure which one should i use f/w
Other problems
*. License Using Avaya 3rd party IP end point(Essential Edition).
*. upgraded wrong f/w 1624C8Y.bin(i think using Russia version)one time upgraded this one but cannot go back to 0624C8Y.BIN and keep searching Server Unreachable.
*. How can i change from 1624C8Y.bin to 0624C8Y.bin or SIP1120e04.04.18.00.bin?
i kept try to use Win SCP, Pumpkin, TFTP Server but i couldn't bring it back

Please help someone knows this kind of situation....
