I have an IP Office in a remote location that is v5.0. I have been trying to get the time and date changed on it. I have made sure the user is a system phone, programmed date/time button and administer button on their phone (4610), but when we follow the instructions to change the date and time we get nothing. There is not a login password set on the user's phone. I have seen two different settings for the administer button being level 2 and one saying it should be level 1. The user pushes the admin button and nothing. Pushing date and time button just shows the current wrong date and time. What am I missing?
