Avaya IP dect

I have a R10 IP office with IP dect. It has been working for several years. All handset are connected and appear to be registered voicemail notification is coming through to the handsets but I get no speech and no dial tone. When I place a call from the dect to a desk handset it tries to call with no audio and then the dect handset says hung up. Any ideas welcome
 
Could be a networking issue, could be a base issue, could be a handset issue, could be something else. Based on what information you provided and what you have done so far and ruled out it is nearly impossible to know.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
