Avaya IP Agent

I have several users complaining that when receiving a call to their IP Agent they click to answer the call but it is automatically being put on hold and then dropped. The agent sees the call on hold but can't retrieve it. These were working stations and then "all the sudden" the customer says they are having these issues with random agents. We are still gathering initial information so don't have much more detail. They are IP Agent R6.
 
This sounds vaguely like a PSN I read recently.

Check the PSNs for the system release at support.avaya.com.
